What I am really writing about is the customer service I received from this company. The box arrived slightly damaged in shipping. I called the service center the next day and by the end of the day the company shipped a personalized replacement and reimbursed me the extra $10 I paid for express shipping. The replacement gift was also shipped express and the company's expense. They did not require that I return the damaged box. I can't remeber when I was more impressed with customer service. Musical Jewelry Armoire I purchased this for my cousin's granddaughter's first birthday. I got the rosey-posey design. It is exactly like the picture. It is beautiful, has her name on the top, and when you wind it up and open the bottom drawer a bit, it plays "It's a Small World". I know she is too young to appreciate it yet, but it is just gorgeous. Excellent workmanship, and so much nicer than the ones I saw in my neighborhood store that were made of plastic. It will be with her always, the exact gift I was hoping for. Thank you, My Bambino!!! Musical Jewelry Armoire I order this jewlery box because it was make of wood. When it came my granddaughters name was spelled wrong, I called and they sent me another one right away. I recieved it within the week. I was VERY impressed with the service. I love the box it is very well painted and made. My Granddaughter opened it up today(being Christmas morning) and was delighted! It is very pretty. I had the sea print as we live on the lake. It is well constructed and should last for many years. Musical Jewelry Armoire I got this as a gift for my niece for being our flower girl in our wedding! I went with the lady bugs in red and its just perfect! I know she will keep it for years and years! Also I want to add the costumer service is AMAZING! After 3weeks i emailed asking about my order because i lost the original email and didnt know if it had shipped. They were SUPER nice an prompt and i received the item about 4 days later :) Musical Jewelry Armoire Awesome gift! Bought this item for my daughters 1st birthday and even though she's still quite young, I know she'll just love it when she gets older.
