Ordering Online
- The MyBambino Shopping Cart
MyBambino.com
uses an online "shopping cart". Your shopping cart
holds all of your products until you are ready to actually
purchase. Don't worry, adding additional personalized baby gifts and other items to your shopping cart
does not mean you have to buy them.
Once you see a product you would like to purchase and personalize,
simply click "Order". It's that easy. Your shopping
cart page will display, showing you everything you have ordered
so far, and all of the personalization options for each item.
Your most recent purchase will be added to the bottom of
the shopping cart. You may have to scroll down to see all
of the items in your cart, and recent additions.

Choosing Personalization
Options
Personalization instructions
will be displayed for each item in the cart. Follow the
instructions, and select your design options from the
drop-down boxes: colors, sizes, styles, etc. A text box
will be available for you to type in the name, initials,
or message to be personalized on the item. Please note:
The personalization options for each of our products often
varies. Be sure to follow the instructions for each product
in your shopping cart carefully, and make sure all options
are filled in.

Quantities &
Editing Your Order
You may change the quantities of any item in your
cart by clicking in the "Quantity" box and typing
in a new number. Verify the new quantities by clicking
the "Recalculate" button. Your order totals
will recalculate and you may continue shopping. Keep in
mind that by doing this, you will receive more than one
of the same item, personalized the same way. If
you need two or more items, personalized in different
ways, you must go back to the item within the Web site
and click "Order" again. Now, a second item
will show in your cart with a whole new set of personalization
options. You can always change
your design options at any time during your shopping process.
Nothing is set in stone until you actually finalize your
order. So, feel free to browse and take your time deciding
on designs and styles for your personalized products.
There's plenty of opportunities to change things later.

Removing Items
To remove any item(s) from your cart, change the quantity
to zero (0) for each item you want to remove, and click
"Recalculate". You may also click "Empty
Cart" to remove all the items from your cart at once.

Any time you want
to see your current order so far, click "View Cart"
at the top of the screen. New purchases go to the bottom
of the shopping cart screen. You may need to scroll
down to see them, depending on the resolution of your
display.

Checking Out
- Finalizing Your Order
When you're finished shopping, and you have selected
all the personalization options for each product in your
cart, click "Finalize Order" from the shopping
cart screen, and follow the instructions.

Custom Designs
When our production schedule allows, the talented staff at My Bambino accepts special design requests. There are additional fees for this service, starting at $5 for color changes to existing My Bambino designs and more for custom work. We have a limited color pallet and established style but are still capable of meeting many request, including matching room decor, bedding, personalized messages, and special interest/s. While every effort will be made to meet your design needs, please be aware that it is difficult to interpret verbal and written request precisely and therefore these orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Licensed characters and trade marked designs are excluded.

MyBambino offers FREE
personalization on every item and more!
Most items are individually hand painted by one of our artists,
making your gift
even more unique. You choose the name. You choose the
design. Please understand that each artist's style may vary
slightly.

Turnaround
Items are individually hand painted,
so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We always try to
accommodate last minute orders. Express services are available.
Please allow 6 business days delivery for express orders.

Care of your Personalized Product
Banks and Furniture - Harsh chemicals in cleaning supplies and some skin care products (especially sunscreen) will affect the design on most of our items over time. We suggest a soft clean cloth (wet or dry) to gently wipe your gift when needed, so the personalization can last for years.
Bibs & Apparel - All our fabric items, whether hand painted or printed are machine washable and dryable. Bleach will fade the printed designs over time. We do recommend that if ironing is needed, the item is turned inside out, done with low temps and extreme care.
Ceramic Bowls, Plates & Mugs - My Bambino's ceramic dinnerware is baked after personalized, making them food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
Plastic Bottles, Cups & Bowls - We recommend you hand wash the painted parts of your plastic dinnerware, to preserve the personalization.
Mouth pieces and parts that are not painted can be washed/sterilized in the dishwasher.
Luggage and Backpacks - These items take a beating when used for their intended purpose. We have found that bleach wipes and spray cleaners work best on scuff marks on our vinyl items. Avoid scrubbing the painted areas.

MyBambino appreciates your patronage and
respects your privacy. Any information that you provide to us
is used only to process your order(s), reply to your questions,
and to improve your future experiences with our Web site. We
will not share your personal information, such as your name,
address, e-mail address, phone number, or credit card information,
with anyone for any reason, unless required to by law.

MyBambino uses technology called Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any personal information you
transmit to us online. The information is encrypted on your
computer and decoded after it reaches MyBambino's secure server.
This information cannot be decrypted during transit.

What Information We Collect and
Why
We collect personal information primarily
so that we may process your order, but also so that we may personalize
your purchases and make your shopping experience as unique as
possible. In addition to personal information collected for
purposes of processing your order, we may ask for the following

Billing and
Shipping Information
During the checkout process, we ask for certain personal
information - name, address, e-mail, telephone number
and credit card information - all of which are necessary
for us to process your order and ship it to you. Basic
personal information such as name, address and telephone
number, but not credit card numbers, may be transmitted
to contracted third parties (UPS, FedEx, etc.) solely
for the purpose of shipping your order. As described above,
ordering with MyBambino is safe and secure because we
use Secure Socket Layer Technology which encrypts the
information you send to us. This information cannot be
decrypted during transmission and is decoded on MyBambino's
secure server, which cannot be accessed by 3rd parties.
MyBambino may also use this information to send you our
printed catalog or other announcements via postal mail.

Personalization
Information
In order to hand-personalize each product, MyBambino
requires that you submit certain private information to
us for most items. This may consist of your child's name(s)
or age(s), birthdate(s), etc. This information is used
only to personalize your purchases, and is held
strictly confidential.

E-mail Addresses
During the checkout process, we collect your e-mail
address. Your e-mail address is used only so that
you may receive offers and announcements via e-mail from
MyBambino, and is not forwarded to any third parties.

Cookies
MyBambino uses a feature of your Internet web browser called
a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to
your computer. Cookies are files that your web browser places
on your computer's hard drive. MyBambino creates and then
uses these cookie files to track your cart contents and to
recognize you when you return to MyBambino's site. This saves
you from having to re-input your billing and shipping information
the next time you shop with us.
Cookies cannot be used by MyBambino
to retrieve any personal information about you unless you
have previously purchased from MyBambino. MyBambino does not
and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about
you from your computer unless such information was knowingly
and willingly provided by you.
In some instances, your browser may
have been set to not accept cookies. If so, you will see a
message when the MyBambino web site tries to access any cookies.
By default, most all browsers are setup to accept cookies

Shipping Policies

For shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional freight surcharge
per order will be added to the above charges.

Certain overweight
and oversize items may cost between $5 and $15 more to
ship. The description for those items will have the additional
shipping shown.

We will give shipping
charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the
United States and request your approval prior to shipment.
- Our shipping charges include freight,
packing material, and the cost of packing. Our express service
includes an $10 surcharge to place your order in a priority
status. Basically, your express order gets placed ahead
of all ground orders in our production line.
Sales Tax
We are not required to charge sales tax on any purchases

Return & Cancellation Policies
Personalized Items
The majority of My Bambino's products are hand painted and personalized and are non returnable. This is our firm policy as the returned goods are not resalable. If merchandise is found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (spelling/design/color errors), we will take immediate action to get you a replacement. This does not include mistakes made on the customer's part. Occasionally personalization errors can be corrected if the customer is willing to return the item for repair.
Although we strive for perfection and uniformity, orders are hand painted by an individual and styles do vary a bit. We hope you are among the customer that appreciates that uniqueness. Discretion is often used in creating your gift, as composition may need to be adjusted slightly to accommodate a particular product due to shape/size and/or a longer/shorter name, etc. We may also alter colors on items that are not white to provide better contrast.
While My Bambino makes every effort to insure you are satisfied with your purchase, we may ask for digital photos of your item to help us address and resolve issues. We value our Customers and we want to make your purchase a memorable experience.
Non-personalized items
Items not personalized can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. This includes items that are hand painted with a standard My Bambino design but no name or customizable details (color changes, deviation from design, messages, etc.) All returns must have prior authorization. Contact us for an RA # (which needs to be written on the outside of the shipping box) and guidance on returning the item. Once returned merchandise is received in good condition and original packaging, we will refund your merchandise cost within 15 days to the original payment method. We are unable to refund shipping cost and the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.

Damages
All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. If your order is damaged, contact us immediately. Items are inspected prior to being painted and personalized so in most cases the damage occurs in shipping. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or replacement part/s to you immediately. Please keep the damaged item/s and packaging for two weeks, in case the carrier wishes to inspect it. We are unable to report claims to our shippers after 21 days so you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Special attention is needed for the large products shipped by motor freight carrier, such as large furniture or large toys. It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully! Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if personalization has not begun
by e-mailing office@mybambino.com,
or call Customer Service at 800-927-0707. In most cases, processing
begins within 24 hours of your order, so we will do our best
to cancel your order within that time. Please include your
Order Number in your e-mail or have it handy when you call.
Product Warranty
My Bambino upholds warranties offered by our manufacturers. Please contact us for warranty information on which product you are interested inquiring about. In the case of a replacement we will assist you or direct you to the manufacturer of the product. Normal wear and tear.

Customer Restrictions
Due to U.S. government restrictions, currently MyBambino does
not ship items to any of the following countries: Cuba, Iran,
Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

Payment Options
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express and Google Checkout for all orders online. Personal Check and Money Orders
may be used for orders via postal mail.
