| My five-year old granddaurghter loved this jewelry box. What I am really writing about is the customer service I received from this company. The box arrived slightly damaged in shipping. I called the service center the next day and by the end of the day the company shipped a personalized replacement and reimbursed me the extra $10 I paid for express shipping. The replacement gift was also shipped express and the company's expense. They did not require that I return the damaged box. I can't remeber when I was more impressed with customer service. | ||||
