| I ordered the Musical Jewelry Armoire and it arrived with an obvious "off key" sounding music box. I called them and they were very accommodating...they shipped another out immediately at no charge and I did not have to ship the damaged one back! Very impressive customer service...not to mention the design was very cute! | ||||

| I order this jewlery box because it was make of wood. When it came my granddaughters name was spelled wrong, I called and they sent me another one right away. I recieved it within the week. I was VERY impressed with the service. I love the box it is very well painted and made. My Granddaughter opened it up today(being Christmas morning) and was delighted! It is very pretty. I had the sea print as we live on the lake. It is well constructed and should last for many years. | ||||

I got this as a gift for my niece for being our flower girl in our wedding! I went with the lady bugs in red and its just perfect! I know she will keep it for years and years! Also I want to add the costumer service is AMAZING! After 3weeks i emailed asking about my order because i lost the original email and didnt know if it had shipped. They were SUPER nice an prompt and i received the item about 4 days later :) |

| My five-year old granddaurghter loved this jewelry box. What I am really writing about is the customer service I received from this company. The box arrived slightly damaged in shipping. I called the service center the next day and by the end of the day the company shipped a personalized replacement and reimbursed me the extra $10 I paid for express shipping. The replacement gift was also shipped express and the company's expense. They did not require that I return the damaged box. I can't remeber when I was more impressed with customer service. | ||||
