Each one has been special since they are personalized and matched each child's room. This one, polka dots, iwas for my two year old grand daughter who was always rocking on the one we had at our house. She loves hers (Its a polka dot pattern and darling). Several years ago I purchased one that was faulty (loose arm) My Bambino replaced it immediately with no problem. I am sure they would do the same for the one whose letters were smudged. I had my nieces name painted on it and the paint job was so cute and perfectly done. The chair will be a keepsake for her family and my niece! I am a little up set there is a smudge in one of the letters in her name and I wouldn't have complained, but for the price I paid I expected it to be perfect! We were very impressed with the quality of the chair. The painting of the chair was very cute and well-done, but we were a little disappointed because the design did not go all the way across the top. I had a small rocking chair when I was young and looks like my granddaughter is enjoying hers as much as I did.
